Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of stargazing.co. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Stargazing.co is run by Stargazing Properties LLC. Each home you can book here is owned by its own company, and Isham Group LLC manages all of them. In these terms, "we," "us," and "Stargazing" mean these companies working together.

When you book a stay, you make a separate booking agreement with the company that owns that home. That agreement covers your dates, payment, cancellation, house rules, and your responsibilities as a guest. If these terms and a booking agreement ever disagree about your stay, the booking agreement controls.

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. You must be 18 or older to book.

We work hard to keep dates, prices, and details accurate, but mistakes happen. Availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed. If we find an error in a price or a listing, we will contact you before your booking goes ahead, and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Photos, videos, and descriptions show our homes and their surroundings as accurately as we can. Weather, seasons, wildlife, road conditions, and nearby places change, so what you see on the site may differ from what you find on arrival. Drive times are approximate and depend on traffic, weather, and road conditions.

Our homes are in remote and natural places. Some activities nearby, like hiking, swimming, boating, and campfires, carry real risks. You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of the people and pets you bring. Follow posted signs, park rules, and fire restrictions. Rules and conditions can change, so check with the official source (for example, the National Park Service, the U.S. Forest Service, or San Bernardino County) before you go.

Our site may link to or mention other websites, parks, and businesses. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, hours, prices, or rules.

The photos, videos, text, logos, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Please do not:

• Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site.
• Use the site to collect information about other people.
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape the site or make bookings.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We provide the site "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will always work without interruption or errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, and nothing limits responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
