Booking Terms

Stargazing is the brand name for a group of homes. When you book, you make a booking agreement with the company that owns that home: Venus is owned by Isham Group LLC, Luna by Forrest Jones LLC, Jupiter by Serene Solitude LLC, and Cyrus by Stargazing Homes LLC. These Booking Terms are part of that agreement.

You pay the full total when you book. The total includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee, any pet fee, and lodging taxes. Your card is held first and charged only once your booking is made. If the booking cannot be completed, the hold is released and you are not charged. We do not take deposits or split payments.

Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as check-in is at least 7 days away. After that, deadlines are counted from the home's check-in time on your arrival date, in Arizona time:

• 14 or more days before check-in: full refund, or change your dates for free (subject to availability).
• 7 to 13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

Cyrus follows the same 24 hour rule. After that, deadlines are counted from the home's check-in time on your arrival date, in Pacific time:

• 21 or more days before check-in: full refund, or change your dates for free (subject to availability).
• 7 to 20 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

Refund percentages apply to the total you paid, including the cleaning fee, any pet fee, and taxes. Payment processing fees are not refundable, except when you cancel within the 24 hour window above, and we keep the processing fee out of your refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. How quickly it appears is up to your bank.

Email reservations@stargazing.co. Date changes are free inside the free window above, subject to availability, with no change fee. If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference. If they cost less, we refund the difference. For Cyrus, new dates must stay within the home's rates. After the free window, a date change is not guaranteed. Contact us and we will see what we can do.

If a road closure, or something on our side, keeps you from reaching or using the home, we refund in full the nights you could not stay.

Check-in details and house rules are sent before you arrive and are part of this agreement. The number of guests cannot be more than you booked. A pet fee applies when you bring a dog, so tell us when you book.

Lodging taxes required by law are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

For Venus, Luna and Jupiter, the law of Arizona applies. For Cyrus, the law of California applies.
