• Nice quiet spot with all the amenities to have a comfortable and removed stay. Clear instructions from host and good advice to arrive in daylight - the road in was quite wet, muddy and having a AWD/4WD definitely helped. Loved the fire pit and cooking smores by the fire.

• Beautiful property with incredible views, thoughtful finishes, and a very comfortable bed. The host was great to communicate with throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving a night early due to heavy rain in the area. Traveling with young kids and a front-wheel-drive minivan, we weren’t comfortable navigating the dirt access road with more rain in the forecast. For anyone visiting during wet weather, I’d recommend an AWD vehicle for added peace of mind. That said, it’s a wonderful spot. The setting is stunning, the night skies are incredible, and we’d absolutely consider staying again under better weather conditions!

• We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Williams! The property was peaceful, secluded, and offered the perfect amount of privacy to relax and unwind. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, and one of the highlights of our stay was stargazing at night. The clear skies and incredible views of the stars made the experience even more special. • Beautiful tiny home, great sunset and star views. The house was comfortable and well appointed. It was challenging to get to- we definitely needed 4 wheel drive. It was also recommended to arrive before sunset, which is fairly early, so we had to hurry our afternoon. Because the roads were challenging to drive on, once we arrived, we did not feel comfortable leaving. I think the condition of the roads was due to heavy rains, so likely not a year round issue, but it did really impact our stay.

• This rental was PERFECT after a long day around the Grand Canyon. The outdoor firepit, patio/chairs, and bedroom skylight for stargazing made this location worth every penny. Cookware/utensils provided for meals and prep before canyon excursions, but was missing cooking oil(we should have brought). No microwave, but it wasn't advertised to have one and since the home runs on solar power, it's understandable. Outdoor shower looked awesome but forgot/ran out of time to use it. Plenty of firewood supplied by a neighbor with instructions how to pay per bundle. GoogleMaps directed us fine, but was much easier by Lex's update-to-date communication. The dirt roads are sometimes treacherous, but I maneuver just fine in a minivan. Lex sent a very detailed PDF of Grand Canyon trails, area attractions that was most helpful planning our trip! I rented for two so privacy in bedroom was no concern, but there's no blinds/shades for privacy in living room for those sleeping on sofa bed.

• Perfect little Airbnb to relax in after a long day in the Grand Canyon hiking. Loved the ambience of the place, but if privacy is your thing, this is not it. The windows and doors don’t have any window coverings in the kitchen and living room areas and there are people in RVs and small houses all around the property. Also, make sure to bring your own washcloths and ask for extra towels. They gave us two towels and one hand towel for a three night stay. However, they dropped off extra towels within 15 min of asking for more!! Great customer service!!

• We enjoyed our quick stay at Lexington’s star gazing home. It was rainy and cloudy during the majority of our 36ish hour stay but we had a great time and got some great views of the Grand Canyon despite the weather. HIGHLY recommend paying attention to the time the sun sets. We should have been in prior to sunset but some traffic delays set us back. It was difficult to find after sunset and Apple Maps was not helpful with the coordinates - highly recommend Google Maps instead for the exact coordinates. We enjoyed our stay here and would return if we are ever passing through the area again!

• We had such a wonderful long weekend staying here! It was so incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Definitely recommend a car that can take on dirt roads, but absolutely worth it!! The stargazing outside and through the skylight in the bedroom was awesome. It’s also not a too far a drive from some beautiful national parks either. The host is super helpful and gives a bunch of tips/advice for staying there. 10/10 trip, would absolutely recommend it to anyone that wants a peaceful getaway and anyone that loves to stargaze!!! • Loved staying at this great tiny house! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, quick jaunt to the Grand Canyon and other adventures, and exactly what we needed to make simple meals and chill at the end of the day. You absolutely need a high clearance vehicle, and arrive during daylight the first time you have to find the house. Lex was super communicative, and while we didn't need anything in particular we know he would've been on it if we did. We would stay here anytime we come back to AZ!

• Lexington's place was a dream. From the remote atmosphere, skylight over the bed to stargaze, to a bonus beautiful outdoor shower, everything was perfect. Perfect for a romantic getaway and so much closer to the grand canyon than surrounding towns. The only warning I have is to follow the instructions to get there or make sure and drive in while the sun is up. Maps will take you on unnecessary and tougher dirt roads than needed. We didn't mind in our vehicle, but can see it being rough for small cars if you don't follow instructions

• We had a great stay at Lexington’s house. The home was very clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lexington was an excellent host, very helpful, responsive, and always available when needed. Unfortunately, we arrived in the evening after dark, which we wouldn’t recommend, as we couldn’t fully appreciate the house and the surroundings until the next morning in daylight. The location is also very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon, about a 20–30 minute drive away. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

• Absolutely stunning place. Quick tip: if the moon set happens to occur after you go to sleep, set an alarm to check out the stars. I've never seen anything like it. If it's already a great sky for stargazing, then no need to even do that. Also, I saw that it's recommended to drive a vehicle with high clearance. I don't know much about cars, but we drive a Honda CRV. While that technically is an SUV, it's a small one, and IDK that I would consider it high clearance. So don't let then turn you off. My family of four (plus dog) had a great time here.

• This tiny home was one of the most spectacular Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and so incredibly peaceful. The sunsets here are absolutely divine, painting the whole desert sky in ways I still can’t get over. It’s close enough to Grand Canyon and Williams to be convenient, yet secluded enough that you get total quiet and unbeatable stargazing. We even spotted rabbits hopping around right from the deck. Highly recommend if you want a magical, unplugged stay in Arizona 🤍

• Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, the check-in process was simple and hassle-free, and everything was exactly as described. We stayed there with our two daughters, and it was a great place for our family. We especially loved the stylish interior and the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and the lovely veranda, where we could even see rabbits in the morning. • Do yourself a favor and just book this place. Unplug, unwind, unburden your daily life for even just one day. The showers were great and the skylight in the bedroom was spectacular. We sat there for about 3 hours straight just watching the various stars, satellites and even a few shooting stars. Everything is laid out clearly and it is immaculate inside.

• This is a unique tiny home far enough away to be in the ‘middle of nowhere’ with the starry sky but also close enough to Grand Canyon south rim to come and go for the day! • Lexington’s place was great! It’s close enough to the Grand Canyon without being crowded or touristy. In fact, it’s just the opposite. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful. There’s lots of wildlife to observe too, which we thought was really cool. We saw coyotes, lizards, and lots of jack rabbits around the home. The house is very clean, bed is super cozy, and is exactly as pictured/described! The outdoor shower is especially cool & we enjoyed using it. The star of the show though is quite literally the skylight above the bed. Falling asleep under the stars while being indoors in a comfy bed was an incredible experience. Our stay was everything we could’ve imagined and more, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone! Also, Flagstaff has some great restaurants if you don’t mind driving a bit. Lumber Yard Brewing Co. is a great stop for awesome food & drinks! We had a great time here!!

• Lexington's Stargazing home is Totally off the grid, yet has all of the amenities of a luxury stay. I was throughly impressed with the technology and planning that went into the building of this totally self sufficient home. As you lay in bed at night, you are looking through an enormous sky windows to the stars. The shower is truly the most unique design that I have ever seen, and is both indoor and outdoor. We were initially disappointed because the nearly full moon was drowning out the starlight. However, my wife got up at about 3am and looked outside after the moon went down and woke me up to see the most incredible display of stars that we have ever witnessed. We stayed outside for over an hour in total Awe, the Milkey way was indescribable and magnificent. This was a truly unique experience. My highest recommendation.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful—if you’re debating whether it’s worth the price, it truly is. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience staying here. They also kindly accommodated my special request to decorate the home for my partner’s birthday, which made the stay even more special. One thing to be aware of: if you’re driving in after rain, the roads leading to the property can be tricky and a bit slippery, which made for a slightly stressful arrival. That said, just take it slow and you’ll be fine—it’s definitely worth it once you get there. Thanks again for an incredible stay. • This place was magical. The location was breathtaking. We've never camped so we felt like we were glamping and it was wonderful. The highlights were having a glass of wine at sunset by the fire and watching the stars from our master bedroom view. As well as watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee just incredible. The host was super responsive and very informative and first time ever I actually received a call after to make sure everything was okay very superhost material! If I had to give only one small piece of advice the road is hard to drive on and access so please have a 4wd. we rented a jeep for this purpose. All in all 5 stars!

• We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Exactly like what is described and more - a cozy, clean, secluded spot to watch the beautiful night stars and sunrise/sunset right from the room. You really get the secluded vibe here. The shower was so nice and hot especially after hiking the Grand Canyon in the cold. The sheets were nice and fluffy. Lex was a wonderful host proactively making us feel well informed and right at home. Would def come back! We were worried the non-paved road during the colder/wet months would be a concern driving, but honestly just driving a bit slow is just fine we had no problem with our suv.

Note: an all terrain vehicle is HIGHLY recommended during the winter months due to the rural, dirt road. The combination of ice & dirt turned into a tricky situation with our rental SUV. However, the beautiful, remote view of the endless horizon was worth the hassle.

• We got very lucky and had two nights of clear skies (despite the forecast) and were able to take in the expansive sky full of stars both nights of our stay (with a couple of spectacular shooting stars as icing on the cake)! The skylight above the bed was just as cool as you’d expect, and the accommodations are as pictured, so no surprises there. The neighbors were a bit closer than we imagined, so it felt slightly less private than expected, but overall it was a lovely stay. Lex gave nice clear instructions and made some good suggestions for our time at the Grant Canyon. He was also very quick to respond to an issue and did all that he could to try to get it resolved for us. Overall, he was a great host.

• This house is a gem! It is definitely an “off-road” location and is pretty remote, but that is what makes it all the more awesome. This house is a high-quality oasis in the middle of the quiet, peaceful desert surrounded by stunning mountains. There are multiple decks so you can enjoy ALL of the views. The inside is neat, clean, modern, and cozy. The outdoor shower is a fun and relaxing experience. Lexington was extremely kind and helpful. You are far away from local stores and restaurants so plan accordingly — my recommendation would be to utilize the grill and fire pit! We have stayed in many AirBnBs and this house was our new favorite. Highly recommend.

This place is perfect if you are going to the Grand Canyon- 30 minute drive- and you have to visit Williams, which is so cute and has fun shopping and dining. It’s only a 3 hour drive to the Antelope Canyon, which we highly recommend. You definitely need a SUV to get to the place and definitely get there for check in when there is light. • Staying at Luna was an amazing experience. The place looked beautiful, new, clean and tidy. Although it’s supposed to be a “tiny” home, we thought that it was quite spacious for two people. Even thought the place is not connected to the grid, we never felt stressed about the solar battery running out, water was always warm and we didn’t have any problems when using the A/C or heating. The outdoors space is very cozy and we would highly recommend using the fire pit if the weather allows it. The place if perfect for stargazing, I would highly recommend that you visit when there’s a new moon, the night sky looks unreal. The outdoor shower is perfect especially when it gets hot. One of our favorite experiences was watching the sun go down only to be followed by a beautiful, rising full moon the size of a dinner plate. Even though it’s secluded there’s still a few things to do a 10 minute drive away and of course it’s located very close to Tusayan and the Grand Canyon. We loved it!

We booked this stay as a home base to explore the Grand Canyon (about 30 mins away) and Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend (just under 3 hours), and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
