• The location and space had definite perks, but overall the stay was challenging. The roads are not just unpaved, they were nearly impassable with an AWD SUV in places (note, this will breach a rental car contract). When we arrived the lock code did not work, but a back up had been provided. We couldn't get the lights to work (pro tip, there are dimmer sliders hidden on the black switch plates). Hot water in the shower was not forthcoming (pro tip, prime the pump by running hot water in one of the sinks and point the handle bottom toward the sink). There were leaks from the rain inside, no extra towels were provided. It's a neat space and idea, but not the most carefree experience.

• Loved the place and the vibes - definitely a very different experience than our regular stays in hotels and in the popular city hubs. Completely isolated and a bit patchy road for 5-10 mins in the end so definitely recommend you to plan to be there in light as we had an issue with our car and we weren't able to! Unfortunately, stars and sunrise depends on the weather so we weren't able to see it at the night we stayed in, would recommend staying more nights if possible to get the full experience even if the weather is dicy! Definitely recommend an experience and Lex is always very responsive! Thanks for the stay!

• What an incredible hidden gem! We absolutely loved this spectacular tiny home. Tucked away in peaceful Valle, it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, yet you’re less than 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon! One of the best parts is experiencing the sunrise and sunset, and even the moonrise and moonset, all from one beautiful spot. Once the sun goes down, the night sky is breathtaking—stargazing at its finest! We loved grilling and dining outdoors, then ending our evenings by the fire beneath the stars. The peace, quiet, wide-open spaces, and beautiful surroundings made it unforgettable. Our host was wonderful—welcoming, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive to our questions. This is so much more than a place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s an experience all its own. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely return. A truly special place!

• Served as accommodations for Impromptu trip to the Grand Canyon. Fulfilled our needs and afforded a great stargazing experience. The road is a bit rough getting in but that's somewhat expected given the location. Definitely, a great value compared to local hotels and offers a unique experience. I would recommend this if your looking for a private experience under the stars.

• We only spend one night -- sadly. The place was superb. We didn't see many stars initially because it was overcast, but later in the night the sky cleared up and it was just pure beauty. The house itself is small but has all the amenities one needs. We'd definitely come back and recommend!

• We had a lovely stay and were very happy overall! The accommodation was easy to find, and we received clear and detailed instructions beforehand. Everything we needed was provided, and we especially loved the bedroom – it was such a beautiful spot for stargazing at night. ✨ The location is great for visiting the Grand Canyon, and the host was very kind and helpful. The only small downside was that the place could have been a little cleaner (the sofa or bottles under the bed) But these are just minor things. other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place! 😊

• This place has the potential to be really great. The star gazing was amazing, and it is a cute spot. That being said, there were multiple issues that unfortunately made this place somewhere we would not return nor recommend. For starters, I find that the description of getting there was highly down played. If we weren’t driving a large 4-wheel drive vehicle, we would not have made it. Extremely muddy and bumpy dirt roads to the point that it’s kind of comical that it wasn’t mentioned. I would feel very upset if I was in my other vehicle and unable to access the property. When we arrived there was also no power, and when we informed the host, he initially just said “well there should be”. He did end up calling to help figure it out, and we were able to restore power. As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of good reviews, however I also know that misleading information is unfair to the customer. Sadly would not stay again.

• This was a great location to "get away" and be disconnected. It was peaceful and really quiet. The wifi worked well, so we could check email and make calls if we needed to. The scenery was great. Loved being able to see the stars at night from bed. There was some rain before our visit, but we had a 4x4 truck. If visiting this location, we wouldn't recommend driving a car. We would recommend a small SUV or bigger

• Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Mitten im Nirgendwo unter den Sternen war mal etwas ganz anderes! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Mit 4 Sternen würde ich das Tiny House als „gut“ bewerten, der einzige Abzug das zu 90% ausschließlich kalte Wasser und die Klimaanlage die zwar den Wohnbereich gut herunterkühlt, das Schlafzimmer hat aber nichts abbekommen und war nur einigermaßen temperiert, als wir Nachts das Fenster aufgemacht haben. Alles in allem aber super, würde es weiterempfehlen.

• This was such an incredible experience for us as we drive Route 66. The host was very proactive with giving us instructions before our stay! My wife and I are roadtripping across the states on Route 66 for our honeymoon and this couldn’t be a better place to relax after all of our wedding festivities. It was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. It was everything we wanted for a stargazing experience! 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

• We loved our stay in this desert tiny house. It felt like we were in the middle of nature, with incredible sunrises, sunsets and stars. The house was comfortable, though tight quarters (which we expected), and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was distracting when I went to bed, but the best kind of distraction: I wanted to take in the stars over around the bedroom area, as well as enjoy the sunrise. Also, it’s convenient to the Grand Canyon and Williams, and has a gas station about a mile away. I would definitely recommend this place, and would love to stay here in the future.

• Amazing place to see the stars!! Truly away from everything and had such beautiful views. About 30 mins from the Grand Canyon & it’s truly a magical place. Lex was easy and very friendly to communicate with. Bed was super comfy and outside area was great to hangout in :) Only two downsides - 1. At one point I dropped my phone and kicked it under the couch and when i went to get it there was a ton of old food under the couch which wasn’t pleasant to touch or see 2. They have a very cute book where you can leave a Polaroid photo but they didn’t fill it with film and looks like it hasn’t been filled with film since 2024 by looking at the book lol

• Die Lage und der Sternenhimmel waren fantastisch. Das Tiny House ist optisch sehr schön und die Idee einer netzunabhängigen Unterkunft gefällt uns. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Die Klimaanlage konnte die Unterkunft trotz längerer Laufzeit nicht ausreichend kühlen. Das Schlafzimmer heizte sich durch die großen Fenster stark auf, da es keinen außenliegenden Sonnenschutz gibt und die Klimaanlage diesen Bereich kaum erreicht. Die Dusche hatte nur sehr wenig Wasserdruck und die Temperatur ließ sich kaum regulieren – es gab praktisch nur heiß oder kalt. Außerdem lösten sich bereits Paneele in der Dusche, einige Verkleidungen und der Boden wirkte reparaturbedürftig und insgesamt machte die Unterkunft stellenweise keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. Die großen Frontfenster konnten nicht abgedeckt werden, sodass man abends bei eingeschaltetem Licht wenig Privatsphäre hatte und sich der Raum tagsüber zusätzlich stark aufheizte.

• Positive: Mini casa molto caratteristica, vicina al South Rim del Grand Canyon. Sicuramente la soluzione ideale per chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo e trascorrere una notte in pace nella natura. La casa anche se piccola aveva tutto il necessario, la cucina è nuove, rifinita e ben attrezzata per una cena tranquilla. Punto forte della casa sicuramente la camera da letto con la finestra sul soffitto per osservare le stelle. Negative: Quando siamo entrati la casa era estremamente calda, date le tante finestre, ed è stato difficile rinfrescarla. Inoltre avrei preferito avere delle tende anche sulle finestre della zona giorno per poterle chiudere durante la notte e avere un po' più di privacy.

• We loved our stay and it was very easy to get to the Grand Canyon from here, but offered a more unique and secluded way to experience the desert. The house was clean and we loved grilling out for our meals! There are some neighbors around, but it’s far enough away it feels very private. We never quite figured out the hot water in the shower- but if you read the guest book when you get there (we waited until the end) there are some helpful tips. Since we knew we were glamping this was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay there again! The neighbor set up a firewood stand which is nice so you can buy wood for the fire (we brought some) but definitely remember to bring some kindling! The view of the stars from the bed is so incredible and such a unique touch! We never had any issues with the power level of the tiny house and were able to charge devices, use lights, keep it at a good temp and cook with no problems.

• Such a cute and fun place to stay! We loved watching the stars at night. Lex was so responsive, and his instructions on how to access the property were on point. Ensure you have a 4x4 (like the instructions say), as it is a bumpy ride back to the place (which we had a blast on the back roads). Definitely recommend getting there during the daylight hours, as it would be extremely hard to find at night. There was a great taco truck 8 minutes away where we grabbed tacos to go, and then in the morning, went back to the same location and there was a great breakfast and coffee truck. The stars were amazing, and we could see shooting stars from the bed. Loved this experience!

• After ruffing it in Moab, this glamping experience made me rethink camping. The views under the stars were breathtaking - God is so good! We arrived after dark, but Alex made it easy thanks to the helpful map and clear instructions which we really appreciated. I loved the convenience of having firewood ready to go, which made making s’mores a no-brainer. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. A must while you’re there is stopping by the S&L Mobile Café. They had the best smash burger my husband and I have ever had! Lex even hooked us up with a discount. This ended up being the perfect anniversary getaway for my husband and I. Overall, it was a relaxing, memorable stay and we would absolutely come back.

• We stayed the night at Lexington’s Airbnb to celebrate my birthday and an early Valentine’s Day trip. Communication with the host was quick and check in was a breeze. The grill and kitchen area made our dining experiences easy and the camp fire was a great spot for S’mores. The provided itinerary was a special touch; we used it to plan our next stopping point at the Grand Canyon! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the starry night sky was even better than advertised in the photos and we loved watching the sunrise the morning of checkout. It’s not even been 24 hours since we left and we have already recommended this spot to our family members to check out! Thanks again!

• The Tiny Home was wonderful, we had such a great time. We watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets and even though it is off grid we had all the comfort we needed, hot water, electricity, high speed WiFi and much more. The Bed was very comfortable, thick mattress, good pillows and bedding in general. We would stay here again any time.

• This was an amazing place to stay! The stargazing is unmatched. Make sure you bring a tripod and watch some videos on how to get pictures of the sky - you won’t regret it! The place is as described, and that means tiny lol! The futon isn’t comfortable, but beyond that, you really can’t complain. Go outside or lounge in bed to see what you really came for - stars!

Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and Lexington was responsive and easy to communicate with. The absolute highlight was the stargazing, the Milky Way looked so close and real, like it was right above us. The sky out here is unreal, and the peaceful, quiet setting made it the perfect place to slow down and just take it all in. Plus, the location is super convenient - easy drive to the Grand Canyon South Rim, which made our trip even better. • This cabin was an excellent quiet location between Williams (delicious food/pies at Pine Country Restaurant and nearby Route 66) and the Grand Canyon. It was truly amazing to see all the stars at night while laying in bed. The roads were bumpy the last few minutes of the drive to the cabin, so we were happy to have a 4x4.

• Lex, Cory, and the rest of the hosting team were super proactive in communicating with us and letting us know exactly what we needed to when we needed it! We did underestimate the roads leading into the home, brought a vehicle not suitable for off road driving, and got stuck 💀 Lex warned us about this (we just ignored it🤦‍♀️), but he helped get the car unstuck when the time came for our stay! The home was exactly as it looked in the images, clean inside, with an awesome view of the sky at night and the desert terrain during the day. But future guests should think of it as a glamping/camping experience and come prepared! The closest place you can go to for supplies (esp at night) is the gas station that you have to drive out about 10 minutes for! Not much else is open, but the Mexican food truck in front of that gas station is also open until 12am. Negative: The roads to get to this property were a bit rough and scary (huge puddles) so it would be a good heads up to have a car that can handle this especially during rainy seasons. We also wished that we could see stars via the ceiling over the bed. It was tinted (understandably) so we couldn’t see anything through the skylight window.

• After a hectic holiday working retail on the Las Vegas strip this stargazing tiny house was the perfect quiet, desert getaway I needed to reset. Lex, the host, is very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay (thank you for the local coffee shop rec). This peaceful spot is less than an hour away from the Grand Canyon which makes zipping in and out of the park during the day quite easy. The serene views of the night sky and sunrise are something that I can’t describe in words. Trust me, this place should be added to your list if you’re in the area. I will absolutely be booking again!

Nous avons amené du bois pour un petit feu pour se réchauffer mais il y en a sur place que l'on peut acheter. Petite maison avec tout le confort possible, eau chaude, toilettes à eau, lit confortable et vue magnifique. Emplacement plus facile à trouver de jour mais nous avons réussi de nuit grâce à la réactivité de Lexington qui a répondu immédiatement à toutes mes questions. La maison à une très bonne autonomie d'énergie, nous n'avons eu aucun problème. L'hôte répond toujours très rapidement. une nuit parfaite pour notre lune de miel. Emplacement à 40min du Grand Canyon, parfait. Merci !!

Mann kann den Sonnenuntergang und den Nachthimmel genießen!! Negative: Sehr beengt. Leider quasi kein Platz für die Koffer, wenn man mehr als zwei Personen ist. Die Tür geht nicht mehr auf, wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt ist. Holz fürs Lagerfeuer kostet extra.

• Unser Aufenthalt bei Lexington war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage war perfekt – nicht weit vom Grand Canyon entfernt, sodass wir unsere Ausflüge bequem starten konnten. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer gemütlich und besonders toll war, dass man abends direkt vom Bett aus die Sterne sehen konnte. Die Feuerstelle draußen war ein Highlight, um den Abend bei Sternenhimmel ausklingen zu lassen. Auch der Grill und der gesamte Außenbereich waren großartig – sogar das Gas für den Grill war schon vorhanden. Man musste sich wirklich um nichts kümmern – selbst Gewürze waren da! Es war der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, und wir haben uns wirklich wie Cowboys gefühlt. Wir können diesen Aufenthalt absolut jedem empfehlen – es war einfach großartig und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!
